Biodeal Laboratories Ltd is a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer with an expanding footprint across Africa. We are seeking a results-driven Export Sales Representative to strengthen our regional presence, grow export revenues, and build long-term partnerships across healthcare markets.
You will play a key role in managing distributors, exploring new territories, and ensuring smooth market execution of our pharmaceutical and healthcare portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect, qualify, and onboard distributors and B2B accounts across East and Central Africa.
- Own the full sales cycle from lead generation and negotiation to closing and after-sales support.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly export sales targets by product and country.
- Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals, pricing structures, and contracts within company margin guidelines.
- Coordinate export documentation, Incoterms, customs clearance, and compliance with internal and external stakeholders.
- Plan and execute market visits, trade shows, and customer trainings to strengthen distributor relationships.
- Track pipeline performance and forecast accurately using CRM and sales reports.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide strategic market intelligence to guide regional growth.
What You’ll Need
- Diploma in Pharmacy, Business, Marketing, International Trade, or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in export or regional B2B sales, preferably within pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or FMCG.
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding export sales targets across multiple countries.
- Strong understanding of export processes, Incoterms, customs documentation, and distributor management.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel regionally as required.
- Pharmaceutical background or experience in the pharma value chain is a strong advantage.
