Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily financial operations of the State House property.
  • Prepare monthly management reports, including income statements, expense analysis, and variance reports.
  • Monitor and manage petty cash, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and statutory requirements.
  • Coordinate monthly stock counts and reconciliation of consumables and inventory.
  • Manage bank reconciliations, vendor payments, and tenant billing.
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives.
  • Support audits and liaise with external auditors where necessary.
  • Provide timely financial insights to support decision-making.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • CPA Part II or higher is a must.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or real estate sector.
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • High level of integrity and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
