ABOUT THE ROLE
Project Management ERP (PME Solutions) is expanding its corporate sales team and is seeking highly driven, self-motivated Field Sales Executives to grow adoption of our ERP, CRM, and AI-powered business systems across Nairobi.
This is a performance-driven opportunity designed for ambitious sales professionals who prefer unlimited earning potential rather than a fixed salary.
Core Focus Areas:
- Booking meetings with corporate clients and SMEs
- Conducting physical client visits
- Delivering short 'taster' sample demos
- Booking full product demonstrations
- Conducting full demos when required
- Closing subscriptions
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prospect and approach corporate organizations and SME businesses in Nairobi
- Book and attend physical client meetings
- Conduct short introductory (sample) demos
- Secure appointments for comprehensive system demonstrations
- Deliver full demos when required
- Follow up and convert prospects into paying clients
- Guide clients through onboarding, KYC, and payment processes
- Maintain clear records of visits, prospects, and pipeline progress
- Achieve agreed monthly sales conversion targets
COMPENSATION STRUCTURE
This is a pure commission-based role.
- 15% commission (one-off) on the client’s monthly subscription value
- Commission paid after confirmed client payment
- No retainer salary
Example: If a client subscribes at KES 50,000 per month → You earn KES 7,500 one-time commission.
FACILITATION & SUPPORT
- Fare and airtime reimbursed (upon proof of visit or proof of spend)
- Reimbursement processed after submission of supporting documentation
- Full product and demo training provided
- Sales scripts, demo support, and marketing materials provided
- Technical team support during complex demos
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Highly self-driven and target-oriented
- Comfortable with field work and corporate visits
- Strong presentation and persuasion skills
- Confident in engaging decision-makers
- Professional appearance and conduct
- Experience in B2B or software sales is an advantage
- Comfortable working without a fixed salary
IMPORTANT NOTES
- This role does not include a retainer salary
- Earnings are directly tied to performance
- Unlimited earning potential based on conversions
- Based in Nairobi (field-focused role)
