We are  recruiting a Field Sales Marketer position for a client. Proficiency in field sales, client relationship management, and healthcare marketing is required.

Responsibilities or duties

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the healthcare, laboratory, pharmaceutical, research, and scientific sectors.
  • Promote the client’s laboratory products and services to hospitals, clinics, laboratories, universities, research institutions, NGOs, and corporate organizations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Conduct regular field visits to generate leads, present products and services, and close sales.
  • Prepare and deliver professional product presentations and demonstrations to clients.
  • Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Gather market intelligence on competitors, customer needs, and industry trends.
  • Follow up on customer inquiries, quotations, and orders to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity reports.
  • Participate in marketing campaigns, exhibitions, conferences, and promotional events.
  • Maintain accurate customer records using the company’s sales reporting systems.

Qualifications or requirements 

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Biomedical Sciences, Medical Laboratory Science, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
  • Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal skills.

Experience needed

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in field sales, marketing, healthcare marketing, laboratory services, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or scientific products.
  • Experience working with laboratories, hospitals, research institutions, universities, NGOs, or scientific organizations will be an added advantage.
