Key Responsibilities

Student Recruitment & Lead Generation

  • Identify and engage prospective students across schools, colleges, and local communities.
  • Execute outreach initiatives including school visits, education fairs, and community activations.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Conduct timely follow-ups via calls, messaging, and in-person interactions.

Sales Conversion & Enrollment Support

  • Provide accurate guidance on academic programs, career pathways, and admission requirements.
  • Support prospective students through the application and enrollment process.
  • Address inquiries and objections professionally and effectively.
  • Achieve defined enrollment targets within specified timelines.

Partnership Development

  • Establish and maintain relationships with school administrators, career teachers, and community stakeholders.
  • Develop referral partnerships with healthcare institutions and relevant organizations.
  • Identify and pursue new collaboration opportunities to expand reach.

Marketing & Brand Promotion

  • Represent the organization at exhibitions, career days, and community events.
  • Promote programs through targeted distribution of marketing materials.
  • Organize and support local awareness campaigns and information sessions.

Territory Management

  • Manage and grow assigned geographic territories effectively.
  • Plan and execute weekly outreach and engagement schedules.
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide market insights and intelligence.

Reporting & Administration

  • Submit daily and weekly activity reports.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, and enrollments.
  • Ensure timely updates and effective use of CRM systems.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Leads generated
  • Applications processed
  • Enrollment conversion rate
  • Revenue generated
  • Partnerships established
  • Activity metrics (visits, calls, events)

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience in sales, marketing, or student recruitment within a similar field is an added advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and achieve targets.
  • Willingness to travel within assigned regions.
