Rajah Merchants specializes in the formulation, development, manufacture, and supply of high-quality cosmetic and skincare products branded as Jalna. We are experts in both male and female oriented products and service a diverse client portfolio. Our products are 100% natural and crafted to nourish, hydrate, and transform your skin to unlock the secrets of radiance.

Role Overview:

The job holder's role is to promote and sell skincare products produced by Rajah Merchants in order to increase market penetration, increase market share, create product awareness, answer product queries, provide product advice and support, and introduce new products into the market.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Creating demand for our products through client visits not limited to prescribers, pharmacies, medical facilities, and institutions.
  • Preparation and implementation of strategic plans for market penetration.
  • Strategically support clients in booking orders and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Managing customer relationships (CRM) on behalf of the company to ensure optimal customer satisfaction.
  • Ensuring sales territories are optimally combed (covered inside-out) and each client is mapped to ensure maximum business is gained.
  • Arranging appointments with clients prior to any call for optimal utilization of resources and objective call-making.
  • Maintaining a detailed and current client listing for your territory at all times and utilizing it for bulk texting, calling, planning objective visits, and other forms of demand creation.
  • Representing the company in the best capacity at all times (smart dressing, eloquent in detailing, and strong product knowledge).
  • Participating in the company’s training sessions and impromptu mock detailing challenges.
  • Performing any other task that may be assigned by the divisional manager and/or the management.

Minimum Requirements:

Education: Diploma or Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Business, Cosmetology).

Experience: Between 1-3 years of experience in cosmetic/skincare products marketing. Experience in the North Rift Region is a strong added advantage.
