Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field/Corporate Sales Representative to drive business growth through customer acquisition, management of corporate accounts, and development of strategic B2B relationships. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the corporate and commercial sectors.
  • Generate leads and convert prospects into long-term customers.
  • Manage and grow existing corporate accounts to maximize sales and customer retention.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, fleet managers, and business owners.
  • Conduct customer visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Promote the company’s products and services to corporate clients and fleet operators.
  • Monitor market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales pipeline reports.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence updates.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum of four (4) years’ experience in field sales, corporate sales, account management, or business development.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales and customer relationship management.
  • Experience in the automotive, tyre, fleet management, or related industries will be an added advantage.
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
