JOB PURPOSE

Provide operational support across finance, procurement, and general administration to ensure smooth departmental workflows.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist with finance documentation, reconciliations, invoice processing, and filing.
  • Support procurement tasks: sourcing vendors, obtaining quotes, processing purchase requests, and tracking orders.
  • Maintain administrative records and support the team with logistics (travel bookings, office supplies, meetings).
  • Prepare reports, correspondence, and updated trackers for finance & procurement.
  • Ensure compliance with internal procurement and financial policies.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Management, or related.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience in account management or customer success roles.
