About the Role

Responsibilities

The Finance Intern will support the finance department in various tasks, including but not limited to:

• Assisting with data entry and record-keeping for financial transactions.
• Supporting the preparation of financial reports and statements.
• Helping with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Participating in financial analysis and reconciliation tasks.
• Assisting with budget preparation and monitoring.
• Collaborating with other departments on financial matters.
• Performing other duties as assigned by the finance team.

Requirements

• Collaboration: Working effectively with the teams, cross-divisional teams, and external partners to achieve common goals.

• People Management: Build and maintain a motivated, high-performing finance team that consistently contributes to the overall success.

Basic understanding of key finance processes, including:

• Controlling & Financial Planning: Budgeting, forecasting, performance tracking
• RTR (Record to Report): Financial close and reporting processes
• PTP (Accounts Payable): Invoice-to-payment process
• OTC (Collections): Accounts receivable and collections
• Cash Flow Management: Monitoring liquidity and working capital
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Well versed in Microsoft Teams
• Interest in finance operations, controlling, and business partnering

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
