Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, laws, and company policies.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost reduction or revenue growth.
- Lead the annual audit process and liaise with external auditors.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support long-term business objectives.
- Manage cash flow, investments, and financial risk to ensure stability.
- Collaborate with department heads to provide financial insights and guidance.
- Supervise and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or CMA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in a senior financial management role.
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of manufacturing or industry-specific financial practices is a plus.
