Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, laws, and company policies.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost reduction or revenue growth.
  • Lead the annual audit process and liaise with external auditors.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support long-term business objectives.
  • Manage cash flow, investments, and financial risk to ensure stability.
  • Collaborate with department heads to provide financial insights and guidance.
  • Supervise and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or CMA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in a senior financial management role.
  • Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing or industry-specific financial practices is a plus.
