About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations of the company, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth.

Manage and oversee the accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.

Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets.

Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting requirements.

Provide financial guidance and support to senior management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.

Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar role.

Strong understanding of financial principles and regulations.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel.

Experience

Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
