JOB DETAILS:

Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance Manager to lead the financial strategy and operations for our pre-opening and ongoing activities. You will be responsible for establishing all financial controls, managing budgets, forecasting, and ensuring compliance with InterContinental Hotels Group standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all financial aspects of the hotel pre-opening, including budgeting for set-up costs and capital expenditure.
• Develop and implement financial systems, internal controls, and procedures in line with IHG guidelines.
• Manage the hotel's financial planning, cash flow, and profit optimization strategies.
• Lead the finance team and ensure accurate financial reporting and analysis.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Finance Manager, preferably within a 5-star hotel environment.
• Pre-opening experience is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and hotel financial systems.
• Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CIMA) is preferred.
