• Master's degree in Finance/ Commerce or Member of ICPАK
• Be Proficient in IPSAS reporting
• Must be conversant with the PFMA and other related laws of Kenya.
• Must have adequate communication skills

• Must be a good budget planner and negotiator
• Must have adequate leadership and supervisory skills
• Should have no criminal record or be associated in Fraudulent or unethical activities

Experience needed

Must have served in a similar position for a minimum of 5 years. proficient in Finance modelling, accounting system and Internal auditing controls
