Purpose

Job Description
We are looking for highly motivated pilots with an exceptional regard for safety and professionalism. As a First Officer, you will excel in a collaborative team environment, working with colleagues who possess high leadership attributes and talent. Your role will be crucial in contributing towards our vision and ensuring the highest standards of service and safety.
Responsibilities
- Carry out the duties of second in command
- Collaborate with other crew members to operate efficiently and effectively.
- Ensure compliance with all aviation regulations and company policies
- Communicate effectively with air traffic control and ground staff
Skills
- Strong understanding of aviation safety and regulations
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to adapt quickly and in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Pilot License (CPL) with Instrument Rating
- Minimum 200 flight hours (excluding simulator hours) required to qualify for interview.
- Minimum 250 flight hours (excluding simulator hours) required for employment eligibility.
- Kenyan citizen.
- A valid KCAA (Kenya Civil Aviation Authority) CPL/ ATPL, with
- Class one medical certificate,
- KCAA English Proficiency level 4 or above,
- Valid Instrument Rating,
- Multi Engine Rating,
- Performance Rating A,
- Gas Turbine Rating,
- High school education with an aggregate grade of C- (minus); and minimum of C- (minus) grade in Mathematics, English, Physics or a general sciences subject.
- Minimum 160 cm height requirement.
