About the Role

In line with our mission to positively impact the financial prosperity of people and organizations; SIB is looking to hire a highly analytical and proactive Fixed Income Back Office Associate who will play a critical role in ensuring smooth post-trade operations for our fixed income trading desk.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Validate and settle fixed income trades (bonds, T-bills, repos) across multiple markets
2. Reconcile trades, invoices, and cash flows with custodians and counterparties
3. Monitor and resolve trade discrepancies and breaks
4. Support regulatory reporting and compliance requirements
5. Collaborate with traders, middle office, and custodians to ensure timely and accurate processingure timely and accurate processing

Qualifications & Skills

• 2+ years’ experience in operations or back office (fixed income preferred)
• Strong understanding of fixed income products and settlement cycles
• Proficient in MS Excel and financial systems (e.g. Bloomberg, Refinitive; Broker Back Office is a plus)
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
• A team player with strong communication skills
