JOB DETAILS:

QATAR JOB OPENINGS – EVERLAST

FOOD SAFETY OFFICER

Oversee Food Safety Practices: Ensure hygiene practices are followed across all food production, preparation, and storage areas .

Conduct Inspections: Carry out routine inspections to identify non-compliance issues and food safety risks .

Maintain HACCP Systems: Implement and maintain HACCP and ISO standards to guarantee food quality and safety .

Train Staff: Educate kitchen and catering staff on proper food handling, hygiene, and safety standards .

Manage Compliance: Handle regulatory certifications and manage responses to customer complaints regarding food quality .

Documentation: Prepare detailed audit reports and maintain records of compliance matters .

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

Candidates with experience in bulk-production catering, hotels, or GCC countries will have an added advantage.
