JOB DETAILS:

Role Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead the diverse F&B operations. You will be responsible for the successful launch and management of the all-day dining restaurant, rooftop bar, VIP cigar lounge, and in-room dining services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement operational standards for all F&B outlets.
• Lead the recruitment, training, and management of the F&B service team.
• Curate beverage programs for the bar and lounge, ensuring a premium guest experience.
• Work closely with the Executive Chef on menu development and costing.
• Manage budgets, control costs, and drive revenue to meet financial targets.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Manager in a 5-star hotel, with exposure to diverse outlets (bars, restaurants, lounges).
• Pre-opening experience is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership, financial acumen, and exceptional guest service skills.
