Food & Beverage Supervisor

We are looking for a proactive, customer-focused, and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our food and beverage department. The successful candidate will ensure exceptional customer service, maintain high operational standards, and support the team in delivering an outstanding dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, bar, and banquet services.
• Lead, motivate, and support food and beverage staff to deliver excellent customer service.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
• Monitor service quality and promptly resolve customer complaints and concerns.
• Coordinate staff schedules and supervise shift operations.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of all food and beverage service areas.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control and ordering supplies.
• Ensure proper handling of cash, billing, and point-of-sale procedures where applicable.
• Support the planning and execution of banquets, conferences, and special events.
• Train and mentor staff to improve performance and uphold service standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Food and Beverage Service or a related field.
• 1–2 years' experience in a similar supervisory role.
• Good understanding of restaurant and banqueting operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and customer service orientation.
• Ability to work under pressure and effectively manage a team.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
