SkinSol Aesthetics Clinic is seeking a professional, client-focused Front Desk Executive with experience in a medispa or aesthetic clinic, and a strong passion for customer experience excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a warm, professional, and consistent client experience from first contact to check-out.
  • Welcome and attend to clients courteously at reception.
  • Manage appointments, bookings, confirmations, and reschedules accurately.
  • Handle calls, WhatsApp, & online inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate therapist schedules, treatment rooms, & client flow.
  • Provide clear information on services, pricing, & promotions.
  • Manage client check-in, check-out, & basic billing support,
  • Support client follow-ups, rebooking, & feedback collection.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, & welcoming front desk area.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a medispa or aesthetic clinic (mandatory)
  • Diploma or Certificate in Customer Service, Hospitality, or a related field
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to handle client concerns and deliver service recovery when needed
  • Comfortable using booking systems, CRM, and POS tools
  • Professional appearance and service-driven mindset
