Shoes must be clean, closed, and appropriate for professional office wear.

Overall appearance must reflect professionalism, respectability, and attention to detail, as the receptionist represents the image of the organization.

Strict adherence to punctuality and time management.

Ability to follow instructions and established office protocols accurately.

Demonstrate professional etiquette, including respectful communication, patience, and problem-solving skills when interacting with clients and colleagues.

Experience needed
