Front-End Developer (React/Next.js) – AI Workflow Integration

Role Summary

The Front-End Developer will build the visual and functional layers of AI-enabled workflow systems. The role focuses on integrating AI agent interfaces from Copilot Studio and Azure AI into modern, high-performance web applications built with React.js and Next.js. The developer will ensure seamless user interaction, accessibility, and performance optimization across systems.

Experience Level: 5+ years in Data Engineering | 3+ years in Domain Expertise

Key Responsibilities

• Develop responsive user interfaces using React.js and Next.js.
• Integrate AI components from Copilot Studio and Azure AI into workflow applications.
• Work with back-end teams on ASP.NET and Java-based APIs for data exchange.
• Implement robust front-end architecture, state management, and data visualization features.
• Ensure cross-browser performance, accessibility, and usability.
• Participate in UI/UX design reviews and implement user feedback.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines and contribute to code reviews for quality assurance.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in front-end web development.
• Expert in React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Experience integrating AI APIs or chatbot components into front-end systems.
• Familiarity with ASP.NET, Java, and RESTful APIs.
• Proficient in Git-based version control and agile development methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure App Services, GraphQL, or WebSocket integrations.
• Understanding of UX design principles and AI interaction design.
