The Ideal Candidate Will Embody:

  • Meticulous Accuracy: A keen eye for detail, especially in cashiering and administrative tasks.
  • Grace Under Pressure: Poise and efficiency when managing multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
  • Discretion & Service: A commitment to handling all guest interactions with confidentiality, courtesy, and a proactive approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a gracious and professional welcome, creating an impeccable first and lasting impression for all guests.
  • Expertly manage all front desk operations, including guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservation management.
  • Handle all cashiering duties with precision, including billing, foreign currency exchange, and end-of-day reconciliation.
  • Address guest inquiries, requests, and arrangements promptly and effectively, delivering personalized service.
  • Act as a central communication link, liaising seamlessly with other departments to ensure guest needs are anticipated and met.
  • Maintain accurate guest records and process all payments securely.
  • Uphold the highest standards of service, grooming, and etiquette, ensuring complete guest satisfaction and confidentiality.

Requirements:

  • Over 2 years of experience as a Receptionist or Front Office Associate in a luxury hotel or high-end hospitality environment.
  • Proven cashiering experience with strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a naturally guest-focused approach.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to remain calm, organized, and efficient under pressure.
  • Impeccable professional grooming, refined etiquette, and a positive attitude.
  • Formal hospitality training or a related certification is a significant advantage.
