Role Summary:
We are looking for a charismatic and organized Front Office Manager to lead the guest services team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will ensure a seamless and welcoming experience from check-in to check-out across our 152-room serviced apartment complex.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all front desk operations, including check-in/out, reservations, and concierge services.
- Recruit, train, and supervise the front office team to deliver exceptional guest service.
- Manage room inventory and yield to maximize revenue and occupancy.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Front Office Manager in a 5-star hotel or serviced apartment complex.
- Pre-opening experience is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
