We are currently seeking a Receptionist to join our vibrant team. At Radisson Hotel Group, we are in search of individuals who go beyond the resume – those with character, skills, talents, and a passion for creating memorable experiences.
As a Receptionist you bring an unmatched level of dedication, a focus on delivering exceptional service, and a genuine passion for creating positive guest experiences to our dynamic Front Office Team.
Our Receptionists love the hustle and bustle of life! It’s not just about check-in and check-out. It’s about everything in-between
Welcome guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
Perform guest check-in and check-out procedures accurately and efficiently
Handle room allocations, key issuance, and guest information updates
Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously
Promote hotel services, facilities, and local attractions to guests
Process walk-in reservations and assist with room bookings
Handle payments, billing, and cashiering duties accurately
Balance cash float and prepare end-of-shift reports
Ensure all transactions comply with hotel policies and procedures
Liaise with Housekeeping, Maintenance, Security, and F&B to ensure guest needs are met
Communicate guest preferences, special requests, and VIP information effectively
Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages professionally
Maintain accurate guest records in the Property Management System (PMS)
Prepare daily arrival, departure, and in-house guest reports
Ensure compliance with data protection and confidentiality standards
Uphold the hotel’s brand standards, grooming standards, and service culture
Follow health, safety, and security procedures at all times
Participate in shift handovers and daily briefings
Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality Management, Front Office Operations, or a related field
Minimum 1–2 years’ experience as a hotel receptionist or front office agent
Experience using a Property Management System (PMS) is an added advantage
Flexibility and a positive, Yes I Can! Attitude
An eye for detail
Is a creative problem-solver
Passionate about creating extraordinary service
Ability to work as part of a team to ensure guest satisfaction
Strong verbal communication skills
Likes having fun at work
Experience in a similar position is beneficial but not essential
