Job Description

We are currently seeking a Receptionist to join our vibrant team. At Radisson Hotel Group, we are in search of individuals who go beyond the resume – those with character, skills, talents, and a passion for creating memorable experiences. As a Receptionist you bring an unmatched level of dedication, a focus on delivering exceptional service, and a genuine passion for creating positive guest experiences to our dynamic Front Office Team. Our Receptionists love the hustle and bustle of life! It’s not just about check-in and check-out. It’s about everything in-between
Responsibilities or duties
- Welcome guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
- Perform guest check-in and check-out procedures accurately and efficiently
- Handle room allocations, key issuance, and guest information updates
- Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously
- Promote hotel services, facilities, and local attractions to guests
- Process walk-in reservations and assist with room bookings
- Handle payments, billing, and cashiering duties accurately
- Balance cash float and prepare end-of-shift reports
- Ensure all transactions comply with hotel policies and procedures
- Liaise with Housekeeping, Maintenance, Security, and F&B to ensure guest needs are met
- Communicate guest preferences, special requests, and VIP information effectively
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages professionally
- Maintain accurate guest records in the Property Management System (PMS)
- Prepare daily arrival, departure, and in-house guest reports
- Ensure compliance with data protection and confidentiality standards
- Uphold the hotel’s brand standards, grooming standards, and service culture
- Follow health, safety, and security procedures at all times
- Participate in shift handovers and daily briefings
Qualifications or requirements
- Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality Management, Front Office Operations, or a related field
- Minimum 1–2 years’ experience as a hotel receptionist or front office agent
- Experience using a Property Management System (PMS) is an added advantage
- Flexibility and a positive, Yes I Can! Attitude
- An eye for detail
- Is a creative problem-solver
- Passionate about creating extraordinary service
- Ability to work as part of a team to ensure guest satisfaction
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Likes having fun at work
Experience needed
- Experience in a similar position is beneficial but not essential
