Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Front Office Supervisor to oversee front desk operations and ensure excellent guest service while supporting and guiding the reception team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily Front Office operations and ensure excellent guest service.
  • Manage guest accounts, billing, and Front Office reports.
  • Monitor room inventory and support revenue optimization.
  • Handle guest complaints professionally and maintain service standards.
  • Prepare staff duty rosters and support team training and performance management.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years' Front Office experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Proficiency in a Hotel Property Management System (PMS) and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
