CIFORD Kenya is seeking dedicated and hardworking Groundskeepers to maintain the cleanliness, safety, and appearance of our compound. The successful candidates will be responsible for:

Ground Maintenance: Cleaning and maintaining the compound and surrounding areas.

Gardening & Landscaping: Planting, watering, pruning, and caring for flowers, trees, and lawns.

Waste Management: Proper collection and disposal of waste.

Tool Handling: Safe use and maintenance of gardening tools and equipment.

Safety & Order: Ensuring pathways and outdoor areas are safe and tidy.

Other Duties: Performing additional tasks as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

Previous experience in gardening or grounds maintenance is an added advantage.

Physically fit and able to work outdoors.

Honest, reliable, and hardworking.

Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision.

Willingness to work flexible hours when required.
