Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead our operations and drive strategic growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in management, business development, and team leadership within the recruitment or professional services industry.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of the company's operations, including recruitment, sales, finance, and administration.
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team.
  • Drive business development initiatives to expand client base and revenue streams.
  • Ensure operational efficiency and profitability.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive management experience, preferably in the recruitment or staffing industry.
  • Proven experience in strategic planning, business development, and P&L management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and lead successful teams.

Experience

A minimum of 7 years of relevant management experience is required.
