Job Summary

We are seeking a high-caliber, results-oriented General Manager to assume total strategic and operational control of Ocean City Waterpark. You will lead cross-functional managers (Operations, Finance, Safety, Marketing), drive profitability, ensure rigorous safety compliance, and uphold international guest service benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct the comprehensive business operations, financial performance, and resource management of the park.
• Cultivate a robust culture of safety, customer service excellence, and team synergy across all departments.
• Develop and execute strategic business, marketing, and expansion plans to increase footfall and revenue.
• Enforce unwavering compliance with hospitality, aquatic safety, and local labor regulations.
• Address high-level guest feedback, vendor relationships, and contract frameworks professionally.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related discipline, backed by extensive management experience in a waterpark, theme park, or premium resort.
• Competencies: Proven leadership prowess, astute financial and budget acumen, conflict resolution skills, and excellent strategic vision.
• Attributes: Forward-thinking, collaborative, highly accountable, and possessing an exceptional customer service orientation.
• Availability: Willing to provide hands-on leadership during peak commercial periods, including weekends and holidays.
