Responsibilities or duties

Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive strategic plans to achieve all revenue, market expansion, and brand objectives.

Drive business growth by identifying new market opportunities, cultivating partnerships, and monitoring industry trends and competitor activity.

Ensure organizational alignment by synchronizing strategies across sales, marketing, production, and finance departments.

Oversee and optimize all day-to-day operations across the company, ensuring efficient use of resources and operational effectiveness. Uphold the company's integrity and legality by implementing and enforcing company policies, standard operating procedures, and all regulatory compliance measures.

Maintain high standards of quality, customer service, and safety across all operational areas.

Direct all financial aspects, including developing budgets, monitoring expenses, approving major capital expenditures, and ensuring targets for revenue and profitability are met.

Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse leadership team, overseeing HR management, performance evaluations, and fostering a high- performance culture.

Represent the company to build strong relationships with key external stakeholders, including suppliers, distributors, regulatory authorities, and industry forums.

Identify and implement strategies to mitigate operational and business risks while safeguarding company assets and intellectual property.

Qualifications or requirements

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field.

Experience needed

Minimum 7-10 years of senior management experience, preferably in cosmetics, FMCG, retail, or related industries.

Proven track record in business growth, operational management, and strategic leadership.

Experience managing multi-department operations and cross- functional teams.

Knowledge of the Kenyan market and regulatory environment is preferred.
