Job Purpose
The General Manager will take full operational, commercial, and financial responsibility for the property. This strategic leader will drive business growth, mentor a high-performing team, maintain impeccable service standards, and maximize profitability while delivering a serene and unforgettable experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Oversee daily hotel operations across all departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Security, and Maintenance) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Commercial & Financial Performance: Drive revenue growth, optimize operational costs, manage budgets, and implement strategic marketing plans to meet and exceed financial targets.
- Guest Experience: Maintain high quality and service standards, proactively addressing guest feedback to consistently deliver our promise of Serenity.
- Team Development: Recruit, mentor, and inspire a cohesive hospitality team, fostering a positive, professional, and growth-oriented work environment.
- Compliance & Standards: Ensure the property remains fully compliant with local hospitality regulations, occupational health and safety standards, and Trianum’s internal policies.
General Requirements & Experience
- Leadership Profile: A proven, strategic hospitality leader with a strong passion for people, service refinement, and business development.
- Industry Experience: Extensive management experience in hotels, serviced apartments, or high-end resorts (specific structural and years-of-experience requirements are detailed on the official hiring poster).
- Skills:
- Outstanding commercial acumen with a solid understanding of revenue management and financial reporting.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a calm, composed demeanor under pressure.
