Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic and operational leadership across all service lines
  • Oversee multi-site operations within hospital environments
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and infection control standards
  • Lead, supervise, and develop large teams through supervisors and unit heads
  • Maintain strong client relationships and service delivery
  • Drive operational efficiency, performance improvement, and service quality
  • Manage budgets, control costs, and ensure profitability
  • Oversee recruitment, training, and workforce planning
  • Handle audits, reporting, and performance evaluations

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in general management, operations management, or facilities management
  • Strong background in healthcare or outsourced service delivery
  • Demonstrated experience managing large teams and multiple sites/contracts
  • Solid understanding of health & safety and infection prevention standards
  • Strong commercial and financial management skills
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Qualifications:

  • Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Facilities Management, or related field
  • Additional certifications in Health & Safety or Infection Control are an added advantage
