QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Sports Management, Hospitality Management, or related field

• MBA or Postgraduate qualification is an added advantage

• 6-10+ years in operations or general management roles within fitness, wellness, hospitality, or lifestyle businesses

• Proven responsibility for revenue, profitability, and multi-site operations

• Experience managing multi-club teams is an advantage

• Strong commercial, operational, and marketing judgement

• Hands-on leadership style with proven ability to lead and develop teams

• Practical, data-informed decision maker with focus on member experience and brand standards

• High energy, resilient, growth-oriented, and aligned with a premium fitness brand

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Own and deliver overall commercial and financial performance across all clubs and locations

• Drive revenue growth across memberships, training programs, corporate wellness and ancillary streams

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and performance planning to achieve profitability and margin targets

• Monitor and optimize key KPIs including conversion, ARPU, churn, payroll ratios and utilization

• Ensure consistent execution of operating, service and brand standards across all locations

• Lead sales performance, local marketing initiatives, partnerships and member retention strategies

• Recruit, develop and lead high-performing teams while building a strong performance culture

• Lead operational execution for new club openings, expansion and reputation management
