This individual will work cross-functionally with global and regional teams to deliver high-impact initiatives that align with the company’s growth strategy, regulatory commitments, and global expansion goals.The ideal candidate is a structured thinker and proactive leader with strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and change management experience—capable of operating in a fast-paced, matrixed global environment.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Project LeadershipManage the end-to-end lifecycle of global and regional projects, from initiation and planning to implementation and post-launch review.Translate strategic objectives into actionable work plans, timelines, and deliverables for cross-functional teams.Ensure alignment of project outcomes with corporate strategy, business priorities, and regional goals.Coordinate multiple concurrent initiatives across diverse geographies, balancing priorities and resources effectively.Cross-Functional CollaborationServe as the regional project liaison between EMEA teams and global headquarters.Facilitate collaboration between product, technology, operations, finance, compliance, and marketing functions.Partner with local country leads to adapt global initiatives to market realities and regulatory environments.Support global process harmonization, documentation, and best-practice sharing across EMEA markets.Governance, Reporting & Risk ManagementDevelop and manage project governance frameworks to ensure accountability, transparency, and timely decision-making.Maintain accurate project documentation, status reports, and dashboards for senior leadership.Proactively identify project risks, dependencies, and change impacts, and implement mitigation strategies.Ensure compliance with internal controls, data privacy standards, and regional regulations.Change Management & CommunicationLead stakeholder communication plans, ensuring consistent updates and alignment across regions and functions.Drive change management initiatives to facilitate adoption of new systems, tools, or business processes.Deliver presentations and progress briefings to senior leadership and cross-functional partners.Foster a culture of collaboration, agility, and accountability throughout project delivery.Continuous Improvement & InnovationEvaluate project performance to capture lessons learned and integrate continuous improvement methodologies.Contribute to the development of global PMO tools, templates, and knowledge repositories.Promote digital solutions, automation, and process optimization across regional operations.Qualifications and ExperienceEducation:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Technology, or related discipline.Master’s degree (MBA, MSc in Project Management, or equivalent) preferred.Professional certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Lean Six Sigma strongly desirable.Experience:7–10 years of progressive experience in project or program management, preferably in fintech, financial services, or technology-driven industries.Proven track record managing large-scale or cross-regional initiatives in the EMEA region.Experience working in global, matrixed organizations with distributed teams.Strong familiarity with agile methodologies, digital transformation projects, and strategic change management.Technical Skills:Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, MS Project, Confluence).Advanced knowledge of Excel, Power BI, or similar analytics tools for project reporting.Understanding of technology deployment lifecycles and digital solution implementation.Strong business and financial acumen for tracking budgets and ROI.Soft Skills:Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.Cultural intelligence and adaptability in multi-country contexts.Proactive, resilient, and comfortable working in ambiguity with minimal supervision.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Timely and successful delivery of global and regional projects.Alignment and integration of regional goals with global strategy.Stakeholder satisfaction and cross-functional engagement levels.Quality and efficiency of project governance and reporting.Demonstrated process improvements and innovation outcomes.Application Link: Click Here to Apply Now
