Area 1: Sustainable Energy Programming, Policy, and Capacity Building

  • Partnership mapping and engagement strategy for sustainable energy and child outcomes
  • Concept notes, project proposals, or investment cases with energy components
  • Human Resources
  • United Nations Children’s Fund
  • Technical review notes on energy activities, budgets, and implementation plans
  • Financing strategies identifying public, private, and blended finance opportunities
  • Briefing notes and technical inputs for engagement with energy funders and investors
  • All Areas of Expertise

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

Experience needed

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the design, support, or implementation of sustainable energy initiatives.
  • Demonstrated expertise in sustainable energy programming, financing, and advocacy.
  • Proven experience working with a range of energy sector partners, including government counterparts in developing country contexts.
