GENERAL PURPOSE

Our client, a leading independent automotive dealer and brand custodian for major automotive OEMs in Kenya, is seeking to recruit a passionate, ambitious, and results-driven Graduate Trainee – Field Sales to support the growth and distribution of automotive parts and spares. The successful candidate will be responsible for building customer relationships, promoting automotive products, supporting sales growth, and ensuring excellent customer service while gaining practical exposure within a dynamic automotive environment.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories
• Promote and sell automotive parts and spares to clients and distributors
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance repeat business
• Conduct regular field visits to customers and prospective clients
• Achieve assigned sales targets and support overall business growth
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
• Prepare and submit sales reports and customer feedback to management
• Ensure proper product knowledge and provide accurate information to clients
• Support marketing and promotional activities for automotive brands and products
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally and promptly

• Degree in Sales Management or any Business-related field
• At least 1 years' experience in field sales
• Experience in automotive parts and spares will be an added advantage
