Role Purpose

Lead BURN’s grants and partnerships strategy, securing funding opportunities, managing donor relations, and driving impactful collaborations to support clean cooking and sustainable energy initiatives.

  • Identify, pursue, and secure grant funding opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with donors and partners.
  • Prepare high‑quality proposals, reports, and presentations.
  • Ensure compliance with donor requirements and reporting standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align funding with organizational goals.
  • Monitor and evaluate partnership outcomes and impact.
  • Strong proposal writing and fundraising skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in International Development, Business, or related field.
  • Proven track record in grants management and partnership development.
  • Experience working with international donors and NGOs.
  • Knowledge of clean energy or sustainable development is an advantage.
