The *Graphic Design Lead* will enhance its visual identity and marketing across its various platforms.
The role involves driving various brand’s visual storytelling across all platforms to strengthen its market presence.
ROLE OVERVIEW:
As a Graphic Design Lead, you will be responsible for leading the visual design efforts across all digital and print media for the . You will work closely with the marketing, social media, and creative teams to produce captivating visuals that communicate brand’s fun, friendly and corporate experience.
In addition to the design skills, the selected candidate will contribute to brand’s creative strategy, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
Responsibilities or duties
Graphic Design & Visual Content Creation:
- Lead the design and production of visual content for digital and print campaigns,including social media posts, advertisements, email marketing, brochures, and signage.
- Collaborate with the marketing and social media team to create visually appealing and brand-aligned graphics.
- Conceptualize and develop designs for promotional materials, events, and in-house branding, ensuring consistency with the corporate image.
- Design layouts for websites, landing pages, and email newsletters, ensuring user-friendly interfaces.
Brand Development & Identity:
- Maintain and enhance the visual identity of the brands by ensuring that all visual content aligns with our brand guidelines.
- Continuously evolve the brand’s creative assets to keep them fresh, contemporary and competitive in various industries.
- Develop creative concepts for new marketing campaigns and event promotions.
Multimedia & Video Creation:
- Create short promotional videos, animations and motion graphics for social media and digital platforms.
- Edit videos and photos from events to use in marketing materials and social posts.
- Collaborate with photographers and videographers to direct shoots for new campaigns and events.
Team Leadership & Project Management:
- Provide guidance, feedback, and direction on various design projects.
- Manage the workflow of design projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
- Coordinate with external vendors, printers when necessary to complete projects.
Digital Marketing Support:
- Work with the digital marketing team to create visually engaging assets for digital advertising (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, etc.).
- Support website optimization by designing landing pages and e-commerce sections.
- Ensure mobile responsive visuals for websites, landing pages, and email assets.
Qualifications or requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in graphic design, with at least 2 years in a lead role.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your creative design skills across various mediums (digital and print).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
- Experience in creating motion graphics, video editing and multimedia design is a plus.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory and layout principles.
- Experience working in a digital agency or a related industry is an added advantage.
Experience needed
3+ years of experience in graphic design, with at least 2 years in a lead role.
