Your mission at Sistema.bio
Reporting to the Communication Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that all materials at sistema.bio kenya look amazing while reflecting our brand.

You’ll be in charge of:
• Designing artworks and multimedia work for internal, corporate and marketing communication. Including artworks for social media and formatting of presentations, reports, newsletters, etc.
• Project managing key design on-line & off-line initiatives by coordinating all creative work with external agencies and printers.
• Leading our professional photographers and videographers to build our image/AV library.
• Auditing and ensuring that external graphic designers and creative agencies are aware and trained on all Institutional visual identity and communication guidelines.
• Supporting marketing department with print and design to coordinate entire corporate uniqueness plus collateral materials.

More about YOU
• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, industrial design, Visual Communication or similar.
• At least 2-years' experience within a company or creative agency.
• Proven experience successfully project managing design endeavors by engaging with multiple (internal and external) stakeholders.
• Excellent ability to translate briefs requirements accurately into attractive artworks according to each audience.
• Advanced skills handling Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Corel Draw, Canva, Premier, and WordPress.
• Proficiency level in video edition.
• Excellent written and verbal skills in English and Hindi. A professional level in a third or more local languages is a plus.
• Advanced photography skills and photo editions knowledge.
• Basic experience with technical and mechanical drawings is a bonus.
• Excellent freehand sketching and drawing skills are a bonus.
