Grill Cook
Job Summary
The Grill Cook will prepare grilled meals according to company recipes while ensuring quality, consistency, and food safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare grilled meats, seafood, and vegetables.
• Operate grilling equipment safely.
• Ensure food is cooked to required standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of the grill station.
• Monitor food inventory.
• Follow food safety procedures.
• Work closely with kitchen staff.
• Maintain consistency in food presentation.
Qualifications
- Certificate or Diploma in Culinary Arts or Food Production is an added advantage.
