The Growth Manager at Thrive is responsible for leading post-download user journey, retention, in-app engagement, community participation, reward redemption, and referrals. This role focuses on enhancing user experience and value beyond onboarding through data-driven strategies.
Responsibilities or duties:
- Lead retention and lifecycle engagement strategy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Design habit-forming in-app features
- Build community-led growth strategy
- Collect and analyze user feedback
Qualifications or requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Psychology, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in user growth, lifecycle marketing, or digital engagement
- Experience in community growth and loyalty systems
Experience needed:
Demonstrated success in increasing user retention and engagement within a digital platform
