Role Overview

Moringa School is seeking a dynamic Senior Growth Marketing Manager to lead strategy and execution for our Corporate Training and Working Professionals programs. This role blends commercial acumen, strategic thinking, creative leadership, and operational execution, ensuring that Moringa is recognized as a trusted partner for organizations preparing their workforce for the future of work and AI-driven transformation.

The Senior Growth Marketing Manager will oversee the end-to-end growth marketing lifecycle, encompassing market intelligence and GTM planning, demand generation, sales enablement, and client retention. You will work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Leadership to drive revenue growth, strengthen brand positioning, and deliver measurable business impact.

This is not a “watch and report” role; beyond being the architect of the growth marketing strategy, we are looking for hands-on execution. Be ready to run and iterate on experiments, deep dive analysis and unlock scalable growth channels.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Growth Planning & Commercial Leadership

  • Develop, own, and execute the growth strategy for Corporate Training and Working Professionals, aligned to quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Develop business cases for new initiatives (e.g., AI upskilling, emerging tech programs) and recommend data-driven resource allocation.
  • Own and manage marketing budgets, ensuring spend is optimized across high-performing channels, ensuring ROI and cost efficiency
  • Serve as a commercial strategy partner by forecasting pipeline health, conversion rates, and lead generation; present insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

Market Intelligence & Customer Research

  • Translate in-depth research on industry trends, competitor positioning, and skill demand shifts into actionable insights
  • Apply data-driven segmentation to refine buyer personas (e.g, HR Directors, CIOs, L&D Managers, and working professionals), for campaign personalization.
  • Map customer journeys and gather insights through surveys, interviews, and feedback loops to tailor acquisition and retention strategies.

Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy

  • Design, lead, and oversee GTM strategies for new and existing programs, covering positioning, pricing, targeting, and messaging.
  • Provide commercial leadership by collaborating with Product, Admissions, and Customer Success and relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and company revenue and profitability.
  • Own full-funnel growth strategy from translating buyer journeys and implementing campaign cadences (awareness → consideration → conversion).

Demand Generation & Performance Marketing

  • Own end-to-end digital campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, SEO, and Email.
  • Run Account-Based Marketing (ABM) for enterprise clients with tailored content and campaigns to influence high-value deals.
  • Oversee the building of growth-focused content and campaigns in different channels such as webinars, online events, and gated content to engage and qualify B2B leads.
  • Analyze and continuously optimize funnel performance with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).

Sales Enablement & Revenue Support

  • Build conversions-focused assets (pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, ROI calculators).
  • Ensure the Sales team is trained and equipped on messaging, differentiation, and objection handling.
  • Collaborate on proposals and RFP content for corporate clients to support revenue generation.
  • Track MQL-to-SQL conversion rates and improve CRM handoffs between Marketing and Sales.

Content Strategy & Brand Positioning

  • Build a growth-oriented content strategy that reinforces Moringa as a leader in corporate learning and AI-driven workforce transformation.
  • Partner with PMM to ensure creation and implementation of a content calendar featuring whitepapers, blogs, executive thought leadership, and client success stories that reflect the core position of the organization.
  • Oversee creation of scalable multi-format content (articles, infographics, video testimonials).

Customer Retention, Upsell & Advocacy

  • Partner with Customer Success on feedback loops, NPS, and client engagement campaigns to increase retention and repeat purchases
  • Develop strategies for renewals, cross-sell, and upsell with corporate clients to expand account value
  • Create client advocacy programs, alumni success stories, and referral campaigns that turn satisfied customers into growth channels

Brand Awareness, PR & Thought Leadership

  • Position Moringa as a strategic partner for corporates navigating the future of AI and tech talent through multi-channel campaigns
  • Represent Moringa in industry forums, conferences, and digital communities.
  • Develop case studies, alumni stories, and PR campaigns to strengthen brand credibility.

Cross-Functional Leadership & Team Development

  • Act as the bridge between marketing, product, corporate training, and operations to ensure the embedment of growth strategies in aligned efforts..
  • Influence leadership decisions through presenting growth insights, campaign performance, and market opportunities.
  • Manage external vendors, agencies, and contractors to deliver high-quality outputs.
  • Mentor junior marketers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and testing within the team.
