Requirements

Education:

Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.

Experience:

2+ years in a front office role within a high-end hotel, lodge, or hospitality setting.

Technical Skills:

Experience with reservation systems and front office operations.

Service Standards:

Strong understanding of luxury guest expectations.

Sales Skills:

Experience in sales and upselling of rooms, experiences, and lodge services.

Communication:

Excellent command of English.

Computer Literacy:

High level of computer literacy.

Preferred:

Experience in a boutique lodge or safari lodge.
