JOB DETAILS:
We're looking for a warm, outgoing, proactive, professional Guest Relations officer to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Meet & Greet - Welcome guests with a personalized, friendly service
- Answer all guest enquiries, questions
- Manage check-ins
- Handle activity and excursion bookings and follow through until completion
- Coordinate with other key departments to ensure smooth stays
- Guest transfer planning
- Restaurant reservations
Requirements:
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Passion for hospitality & attention to detail
- Strong organizational & multi-tasking abilities
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
