POSITION: HEAD OF WELLNESS EXPERIENCE & GROWTH

At Enashipai, wellness is a journey. It begins with movement, nature, and community, and culminates in recovery and rejuvenation at Siyara Spa.

REQUIREMENTS:

As Head of Wellness Experience & Growth, you will:

• Create wellness experiences rooted in movement, nature, and connection: think walking, biking, hiking communities, outdoor sessions (yoga, Zumba, etc.), dance and movement programs, retreats, events, and memberships.
• Grow wellness revenue through experiences, communities, partnerships, and curated packages.
• Design wellness journeys that guide guests naturally from activity into recovery at Siyara Spa.
• Build and lead active wellness communities across guests, corporates, and the local market.
• Activate strategic partnerships across fitness, outdoor, tourism, and lifestyle sectors.
• Provide leadership oversight of spa and gym operations (hands-on therapy is not required).

Ideal candidates have strong experience in:

• Sales, marketing, brand development, events, hospitality, fitness, tourism, or lifestyle businesses.
• Building or scaling experiences, communities, or consumer-facing brands.
• Driving commercial growth in experiential or destination-led environments.

Note: This is not a role for a spa therapist or traditional spa manager. We are looking for a commercial, brand-focused, experience-driven leader.
