We are seeking a motivated HR Administrator Intern to support day-to-day HR operations and ensure smooth, efficient processes across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment activities including scheduling interviews, managing candidate communication, and updating recruitment databases.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR files, and other documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience.
- Coordinate HR activities such as training sessions, staff engagement initiatives, and performance review cycles.
- Handle leave management, timesheets, and assist in preparing monthly HR reports.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team while ensuring adherence to HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in drafting HR correspondence such as letters, memos, and internal communications.
- Support data entry and maintenance of HR systems and employee information databases.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR team.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 months – 1 year of experience in HR administration or general HR support.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with HR systems will be an added advantage.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
- Strong willingness to learn and grow within the HR field.
