Relief Applications is a dynamic and growing organization committed to making a positive impact. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR and Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

Oversee the entire talent acquisition lifecycle, from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing, selecting, and onboarding new employees.

Manage employee relations, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.

Develop and administer HR policies and procedures.

Oversee compensation and benefits programs.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role, with a strong focus on talent acquisition.

In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Experience in the non-profit sector is a plus.
