About the Institution

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment: Coordinate full-cycle recruitment for clinical and administrative staff.
• Credentialing: Track and verify medical practice licenses and certifications for healthcare personnel.
• Payroll & Leave: Assist in locum staff payroll processing and oversee employee leave management.
• HR Systems: Maintain employee records on HRIS/HRMS and assist with exit separations.

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Human Resources.

Experience

• 2+ years of HR support experience; prior healthcare industry experience is required.

Technical Proficiency

• Experience with HRIS/HRMS, payroll tools, and MS Office.

Knowledge

• Sound understanding of Kenyan labor laws and modern HR best practices.
