About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department in delivering efficient and professional HR services.

The successful candidate will play a key role in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process: posting job adverts, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases. Support onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
  • Prepare HR documentation including contracts, letters, and reports. Handle employee queries with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Assist in organizing training sessions and staff development initiatives. Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and labor laws.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of HR or administrative experience. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
  • High level of integrity and attention to detail.
