Purpose of the Role

Support the Lead Consultant in undertaking job analysis, job evaluation, market benchmarking, data analysis, and development of the grading and compensation framework.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct departmental consultations and employee interviews.
  • Review existing job descriptions.
  • Collect and analyze job-related information.
  • Facilitate job analysis workshops.
  • Evaluate positions using the approved methodology.
  • Conduct market salary benchmarking.
  • Participate in organizational structure reviews.
  • Assist in development of grading structures.
  • Prepare analytical reports and draft recommendations.
  • Participate in presentations to management.
  • Support implementation planning.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or related discipline.
  • Membership with IHRM and in good standing.
  • 4–7 years' experience in HR consulting.
  • Proven experience in job evaluation, salary surveys, and compensation analysis.
  • Experience participating in organizational restructuring assignments.
  • Strong analytical and report-writing skills.
